CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL TRAVELLERS
If you are unable to arrive...
You have the possibility to cancel your room free of charge until 6 pm on the day of your arrival. Of course you can also shorten your reservation until then. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. During special fairs and events, the cancellation conditions may vary, as well as for special offers such as "book & charge".
Please note that in case of a later cancellation we will charge the confirmed room rate in full.

Please note our cancellation conditions for groups:
Free cancellations of the total amount are possible as follows:
100% up to 45 days prior to arrival.
75% up to 30 days before arrival.
50% up to 15 days before arrival.
2 rooms up to 1 day before arrival.
Please cancel in good time and inform us of any changes. Early departures and no-shows will be charged.
AVAILABILITY OF HOTEL ROOMS
Should an emergency arise and we are unable to offer the confirmed hotel rooms or seminar rooms in the usual quality, we reserve the right to accommodate you in a nearby hotel.
If possible, we will be happy to reserve your preferred room, but we reserve the right to change your room in case of doubt.
SEMINARS AND MEETINGS
Each of our seminar rooms (without additional group rooms) is equipped with a beamer, flipchart, pin board and a moderator's case. We are happy to equip the seminar rooms with further technical aids.
CANCELLATION COSTS SEMINAR
If you need to postpone your event, we are flexible with direct bookings. In case of cancellation
the following conditions apply:
Up to 60 days before the event, you will not incur any costs.
Up to 30 days before the event, we will charge you 50% of the total costs.
Less than 30 days before the event, the total amount must be charged.
DECORATIONS, FLOWERS AND FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS
Would you like a flower arrangement on the table? Our florist partner will be happy to fulfil your wishes and ideas.

DATES CAN USUALLY BE POSTPONED
If the date of your event changes after you have made a definite booking, we will try to reschedule it for you free of charge.

ONLY THE CONSUMPTION IS CHARGED
All prices are per person in CHF incl. VAT. We always charge
the actual consumption. Please inform us of the definite number of persons 48 hours before your event (Monday-Friday).

ENJOY YOUR FAVOURITE WINE OR YOUR BAKERY CREATIONS
You can also bring your favourite wine to the AYLEDO restaurant.
We charge a tap fee of CHF 28.00 per 0.7dl bottle served.
For food brought in (e.g. cakes) we charge a plate fee of CHF 5.00 per person.
UNTIL TWO O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING
You can extend your party until 2.00 a.m. without any problems. After 11.00 p.m. we charge
150 per hour or part thereof.
HOTEL GUESTS APPRECIATE PEACE AND QUIET
We ask you to be considerate of our hotel guests and neighbours and to close all windows after 10.00 pm.

CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT
We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract without compensation if, after the conclusion of the contract, it becomes apparent that the nature of the event you have booked is in conflict with our ethical guidelines.
